Hardneck garlic is the perfect crop for snowbird farmers like us! That amazing flavor that our customers love is only possible when hardneck garlic freezes over winter. When we travel south, we bring our remaining crop with us so that our AZ neighbors can enjoy the magic of Hardneck Garlic, Scape Salt and Garlic Powder.
Each year, we divide our time between our Terrebonne, Oregon farm and our home in Gold Canyon, AZ.
